If you want fuller breasts and a deeper cleavage, go for 1 cup size bigger and a band size smaller. This is especially effective if you are between sizes. For all other occasions, stick to your real bra size as your breasts would look and feel their best that way.

It is easy to fake a cleavage, or to deepen your existing one. You can always shove everything you've got towards your cleavage and stuff padding into your bra to keep everything in place and to boost the volume. Or you could wear a push up bra.

On the other hand, if your bust is big and you are sick of everyone staring at your breasts instead of your face, you can always play down your breasts. There is no need to bind them. If you want to appear smaller, wear a minimizer bra as it makes you look smaller, yet keeps your breasts shapely looking.
